We know how important it is to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you in a timely and professional manner. We take each individual case into consideration, and strive to create the best shopping experience. We will resolve all issues fairly no matter the circumstance. If you wish to issue a return/exchange, please view our policy below:
Our Quality Promise:
If there is a problem with a product or an error on your order, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will assist you. If we’ve sent you the wrong item or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and issue a replacement at free of charge to you.
- To be issued a full refund or exchange free of charge, you must have a (n): Valid Order Number, valid form of evidence (Picture), and provide a description of the damaged product. We grant a 7-day period after the date of arrival to issue a refund or exchange to ensure the legitimacy of all claims.
Want to Issue a Return or Exchange? Follow These Steps:
- 1. Please email us and provide us the 4-digit Order Number, a description of the product, if/how it is damaged, and any additional information. We will handle all cases in the order that we receive them. Then, please tell us if you wish to receive a full refund, wish to swap out the product for another, or wish to receive store credit.
- 2. Once your return or exchange is issued, please send the items in the original packaging. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking, as Aus & Co. is not liable for lost shipments via 3rd parties. Once your request has been processed, we will issue you a new tracking number via email
*Return address will be provided upon issuing a Return or Exchange for security. All cases are handled individually, and we cannot guarantee your case will be eligible for a full return/refund or exchange.
Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment, or if applicable/upon request in store credit. Once the returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship a replacement back to you all at free of charge.
